Nanna's Christmas Cake Kit ( Celebration Cake / Fruit Cake )

The kit contains everything you need to make the most amazing Christmas Cake in one box (just add an egg and butter or a vegan alt!), all the fruit is pre-soaked in brandy ensuring a punchy flavour!

The recipe uses a 7 inch cake tin and will make an approximate 3lb cake.
