Why is hemp fuel so sustainable?
Hemp absorbs around 15 tons of CO2 per Hectare as it grows, helping to combat climate change. Hemp matures after 3-4 months of growth unlike virgin timber, which takes 20-30 years, or even centuries. Fossil fuels are a finite resource and burning charcoal releases more greenhouse gases which damages our environment.
Made from the compressed by-products of processing British hemp, Hemp briquettes are a zero-waste product. Hemp stalk is composed of high cellulose content, providing steady, efficient combustion.
