Local Deliveries

HU17 - Orders placed before 4pm Mon - Sat , 3:00pm Sun will be delivered same day.

HU1/2/3/5/6/7/10/16 - Orders placed before 12 noon Monday will be delivered Monday Afternoon

YO15/16/25/43 - Orders placed before 12 noon Tuesday will be delivered Tuesday Afternoon

HU8/9/11/12/18/19 - Orders Placed before 12 noon Wednesday will be delivered Wednesday Afternoon

HU4/13/14/15/20 - Orders placed before 12 noon Thursday will be delivered Thursday Afternoon

National Deliveries

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday where possible will be sent out same day, during times of high order volume this may not be possible, parcels up to 30kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. We may at times choose to send larger orders out via Parcel Force 24.

Although we have chosen carriers to provide a fast delivery service, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Packaging

All our packaging is plastic free, where possible we will re-use cardboard boxes from our own suppliers. 

We package loose products in bags made from a material called NatureFlex - this is a home compostable product.

Liquids will be sent out in clean, reused bottles.

Our packing peanuts are eco-friendly and will dissolve under water.

Returns

In the United Kingdom, consumers have the right to return unwanted goods purchased online, by phone, or by mail order within 14 days of receiving them, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

After notifying us of your intent to return the items, you have an additional 14 days to send them back. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We advise using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

We are pleased to be able to offer free deliveries on orders over £50.00, unfortunately due to the costs of postage to ourselves by Parcel Force, we are unable to provide free shipping on orders over 4kg to the following postcode areas:
