Method – Place the packet contents in a pan with 1500ml cold water, bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally for approx. 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Top up the water to original level before serving. Season to taste. Optional extra – add a dash of soy sauce
